Who Is Brandon Day?
Brandon Day is an executive coach, leadership advisor, and keynote speaker with more than 20 years of experience helping business owners, executives, and leadership teams make stronger decisions and drive measurable results.
Brandon has worked with more than 500 organizations, from growing small businesses to established nonprofits. After founding Day Consulting Group in 2016, he built a track record of helping organizations navigate growth, strengthen alignment, and improve execution. Today, he serves as Principal Consultant at Lead One Consulting in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, partnering with organizations nationwide.
His approach is rooted in understanding people, systems, and motivation. As a licensed facilitator of the One Page Business Plan® system, Brandon helps leaders create clarity, strengthen accountability, and build the confidence to move forward with purpose.
Brandon works primarily with organizations generating between $2 million and $20 million in annual revenue, guiding founders, executives, and leadership teams through growth, change, and scaling. His work emphasizes long-term results over quick fixes by strengthening leadership capacity from the inside out.
