Who Is Brandon Day?
Brandon Day is an executive coach, leadership advisor, and keynote speaker with more than twenty years of experience helping business owners and leadership teams make stronger decisions and drive measurable results.
Brandon Day brings more than two decades of leadership experience, working with over 500 organizations ranging from small businesses to established nonprofits. He founded Day Consulting Group in 2016, building a track record of helping business owners and leadership teams navigate growth, strengthen alignment, and improve execution.
Today, he serves as Principal Consultant at Lead One Consulting in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, where he works with organizations nationwide to develop stronger leaders, clearer strategies, and measurable results.
Brandon’s foundation is rooted in understanding people, systems, and motivation. That perspective shapes his practical, real-world approach to leadership development. Originally from the Southeast, he now calls Palm Beach Gardens home, where he continues to work with leaders across South Florida and beyond.
He works primarily with small to mid-sized businesses generating between two and twenty million dollars in revenue, guiding founders, executives, and leadership teams through the challenges of growth and scaling. As a licensed facilitator of The One Page Business Plan® system, he helps leaders gain clarity, alignment, and the confidence to move forward with purpose.
His work is built on long-term impact, not quick fixes. Brandon partners closely with clients to understand their goals, refine their systems, and strengthen leadership capacity from the inside out. Clients consistently describe him as direct, authentic, and deeply invested in their success.
Today, Brandon works with business owners, executives, and leadership teams through executive coaching, strategic planning, leadership development, and speaking engagements. His focus is simple: help leaders think clearly, align their teams, and execute with confidence.
He spent more than two decades leading teams in high-pressure environments, learning what works in the real world. Now, he brings those lessons to organizations looking to grow, scale, and lead more effectively.
Outside of his work, Brandon is a husband of more than twenty years and a proud father of two. His commitment to family and values shapes the way he leads, grounding his work in integrity, presence, and long-term impact.
